I complained and they sent me a completely new pillow that had the unremovable netting cover over the core no zipper that all my prior had and the firmness was what it should be and I absolutely loved it until about the going on year and half to 2 year mark and 85 percent of the pillow is essentially doing what the one they replaced did.
